Deliveries
We hold extensive quantities of stock in the UK. Once we receive your order we will endeavour to ship it within 5 working days (UK only). See delivery information for more details.

Once an order is placed you will be notified by email and this will represent your receipt. If there are any delays an email notification will be sent. If we have no stock we will endeavour to send you the product within 21 days.

Prices
All prices and offers are correct at time of going to print but are subject to change and availability. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at the rate of 17.5%. VAT is included in the sale price to retail customers.
Orders that are sent to addresses outside the UK are not subject to VAT but may be subject to local taxes and custom charges.

Payment
We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Delta & Solo using our secure server with digital encryption. If you prefer, you may also supply us with your credit card information by telephone on: 01903 506006
Confirmation - Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a written order confirmation by e-mail which will be your invoice receipt.

WARRANTY + REPLACEMENTS

Product Warranty
FUNK sunglasses warrantees for the replacement/repair of any product which is defective in materials or workmanship for a 2-year period from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. FUNK sunglasses does not cover products that have been altered, broken or damaged due to misuse, neglect or failure to follow instructions provided with the product. Normal wear and tear, including lens scratching and frame breakage are not covered. For repair or replacement, defective sunglasses must be returned to FUNK sunglasses along with the original sales receipt.

Proper use + care for your FUNK sunglasses
First, all lenses are scratch resistant, not scratch proof! By properly caring for your sunglasses, you can extend and preserve their quality for many years. Lens cleaning should only be done using an optical lens cloth, or soft cotton cloth. Never use paper or clothing to clean the lenses. Lenses should never be placed face down on any surface. After ocean sailing, rinse the sunglasses in fresh water before cleaning since salt is an extremely abrasive material. Always store the sunglasses in their protective case, never loosely in a purse or pocket where lens damage is much more likely. Never leave your sunglasses in extremely hot or cold conditions, especially the dashboard of your car!

Returns Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and return non-faulty goods please advise us in writing by e-mail within 48hours of receipt. The product must be returned to us within 5 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount. This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and advise within 48 hours of any discrepancies, defects or damages.

If goods are delivered faulty or incorrect, you must advise us as soon as possible and send back to us within five days from the date of delivery. If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will replace the goods and refund the costs for returning the products to us.

The information collected about you will be used firstly to enable us to process your order, your enquiry, sample or literature request and second, to provide you with the best possible customer service. We will not send you any e-mails or marketing materials unless you request us to do so. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date and will be held in accordance with the law. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

In fact, most transactions are likely to be more secure than terrestrial card transactions or those using phone or fax lines.
